What is Google Drive, and what can it do?

Answer

Google Drive is an internet program that allows students to work on projects together. It shows what each student is working on, and updates in real time. It has multiple programs for papers, presentations, and spreadsheets.

Other than computer programs, what other applications have helped with learning?

Answer

Certain computer games, like Number Munchers or School House Rock, have helped with teaching. It is even more common to see educational games now because it is easy to find them online.

Other than Google Drive, what other internet programs are used?

Answer

Moodle is a course management site that allows the teachers to post important information on it. It allows students to download readings, turn in assignments, and check grades.


Scenarios


If students are given a presentation, how might they be working on this project as a group?

Answer

Each student can access Google Drive and setup a presentation. It can then be shared between each person. They can all work on it at home at the same time.

How could another student peer review another student's paper?

Answer

With G-mail, one student could email their paper. They could also share their paper on Google Drive. Both work very easily.
